Building Artizal in the open

Many studio sites do not show how the studio works. We wanted Artizal to show our process. We build it as we build a client project.

The name

Artizal combines Artizan and -al. Artizan means craftsperson and comes from the Italian word artigiano. The suffix refers to Albania. The name shows the work and where it comes from.

The palette is lineage, not decoration

We use black and red, the colours of the Albanian flag. We did not copy the flag. The colours fit the work and its Albanian roots.

Built by hand, on purpose

We use no templates or page builders. We write each component, animation, and frontend line directly. We use Next.js, TypeScript, GSAP, and one WebGL canvas. This gives the site a clear purpose and lets it match the brand.

Done slowly enough to get it right

We put quality before speed. We stay responsible from brief to deployment. This site shows how we work.
